Thanks! Erin and TI, I pitched the story. The editors had written some of their previous freelancers saying it was a slow new time. I had just read about the Grub thing so I pitched it. The editor gave a tentative yes, and asked me to do a little research. I did, and then reported back and I guess it sounded interesting enough. It will be in CityWeekly on a Sunday in Dec. I'll keep you posted, of course!
Oh, so wonderful. You may have a new career sooner than you thought! Let us know when it comes out!
Cool. I'm curious to know what you think of Grub Street. I've heard a lot about the group but have not taken a poetry workshop with them.
