What do vegetarians eat on Thanksgiving?

I get this question A LOT, so I thought I'd inform all of y'all what I'll be eating tomorrow.

A bunch of these:
(Stuffed mushrooms made by mom)

Stuffed acorn squash made by moi

And some sort of mashed sweet potatoes made by Brian.
Yum, yum, yum!

Happy Thanksgiving to veggie-heads and turkey-eaters alike!

Found you through Becca. Your meal looks wonderful; we are vegetarian also. Today will hold simple fare that my non-vegetarian family will eat (tater tot casserole, green bean casserole, yams, etc.)

Thanks for a glimpse into your Thanksgiving.

Looks good. I didn't know that you were a veggie too. Happy tofurkey day! Business as usual north of the border.

What, no Tofurky? Happy TG, my dear!

Eating vegeatarian brings out the pallette, I say. The joy of eating becomes exponential simply because the food taste great, the colors are divine, and the food is healthy...sometimes.

Your dishes looked great!

That all looks good - it really does, but give me meat with it!

I never had a problem at thanksgiving. I could eat stuffing and pumpkin pie year round! It's just a hassle reminding my family not to put bacon in the brussels sprouts.
